Corey Walker Senior Vice President
Corey Walker currently serves as Senior Vice President. Corey has also led efforts in the entitlement, development and eventual disposition of numerous real estate assets located throughout the United States ranging from mixed-use centers to master planned communities to retail.
Previously, Corey was employed by Gould Evans Associates, a nationally recognized architecture and planning company located in Kansas City, Missouri. At Gould Evans, Corey was a Senior Associate providing planning consulting services to a client base that included private developers, corporations, municipalities and other various governmental jurisdictions and agencies located throughout the Midwest and Southwest United States. Consulting services included land planning, entitlements, economic development, design and regulations.
Corey attended Iowa State University and graduated with a bachelor’s of science degree in community and regional planning with a minor in economics. He earned a master's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance from the Bloch School of Business, University of Missouri, Kansas City. Corey is a Full Member of the Urban Land Institute, is on the Residential Neighborhood Development Council and has been a member of the ULI since 2005. He has also served as Chairman of the Young Leaders from 2008-2010 and as a member of the Executive Committee from 2008-2012, both for the Kansas City District Council. Corey is also an active volunteer in the Kansas City Lead to Read Program.
