Christopher N. Bennish serves as Managing Director of Platform Ventures' multifamily development platform. He is responsible for building and scaling the firm’s multifamily platform while complementing its existing single-family housing strategy.
With over 22 years of development experience, Chris brings deep expertise in ground-up multifamily projects. He previously served as Development Partner at Price Development Group, overseeing approximately 3,300 apartment units totaling $750 million in capitalization across Texas, Colorado, Nashville, and Kansas City. Prior to that, he was a Development Manager with Alliance Residential, where he contributed to the development and acquisition of roughly 1,700 units valued at $240 million.
Chris is a member of the Urban Land Institute and its Young Leaders Group. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Kansas, and a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver.
