Christopher N. Bennish has joined Platform Ventures as Managing Director of its multifamily development platform. He is responsible for building and scaling the firm’s multifamily platform while complementing its existing single-family housing strategy. Chris leads all aspects of multifamily development across the Central, Southeast, and Southwest U.S.
With over 22 years of development experience, Chris brings deep expertise in ground-up multifamily projects. He previously served as Development Partner at Price Development Group, overseeing approximately 3,300apartment units totaling $750 million in capitalization across Texas, Colorado, Nashville, and Kansas City. Prior to that, he was a Development Manager with Alliance Residential, where he contributed to the development and acquisition of roughly 1,700 units valued at $240 million.
Chris is a member of the Urban Land Institute and its Young Leaders Group. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Kansas and a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver.
